Pepper Sauce

Pepper Sauce
1 1/2 Red Peppers
1/2 Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tablespoon Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Fry the chopped peppers, onions and garlic in a saucepan over a medium heat for 5-8 minutes until they are really soft. Add the sugar. Use a blender to liquidise then add the cream and season well with salt and pepper.
Quick Cheese Sauce
1 Mug Grated Veggie Cheese
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Teaspoon Butter
1 Mug Milk
Pinch of Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Mix the cheese, paprika and flour in a saucepan, make sure the flour is evenly distributed. Add the milk and stir well. Add the butter. Bring to the boil and stir frequently - especially as the sauce starts to boil. It should thicken. Season well with salt and pepper.
Tomato Sauce
1 Onion, chopped
1 Clove Garlic
2 Teaspoons Tomato Puree
1 Teaspoon Sugar
Salt and Pepper
1 Teaspoon Herbs
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
1/4 Mug Water
A little oil for frying
Fry the onions and garlic in the oil in a saucepan for 4-5 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil, crumble in the stock cube. Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 mins. Whizz with a blender. You can add hp or chilli sauce if you wish.
Peanut Sauce
2 Tablespoons Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Dessertspoon Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk
1 Teaspoon Tomato Puree
1 Teaspoon Sugar
Mix everything together and its ready!
Pouring Tomato Sauce
1 Small Onion, chopped finely
1 Clove Garlic, chopped
Oil to fry
1 x 400g Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
1 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs
Salt and Pepper
Fly the onion and the garlic in a saucepan for 3-4 mins allowing them to brown a little. Add rest of the ingredients, bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 5 mins. Add a little HP Sauce to make BBQ sauce.
Sweet and Sour Sauce
2 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
3 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Cornflour
1 Mug Water
Mix the cornflour and the water in a saucepan until smooth, add the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil.
