7 Simple Salad Dressings

All from one of my favorite cook books 



Coconut Dressing

1 Tablespoon Oil
½ Teaspoon Curry Paste
½ Mug Coconut Cream
Juice of ½ lemon
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Water

Mix everything together, done!

Creamy Paprika Dressing

1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Teaspoons Paprika
4 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
1 Egg
¾ Mug Olive Oil

Mix everything but the oil together using a blender, gradually add the oil whilst still whisking and the dressing should turn thick and creamy, season with salt and pepper.

French Dressing

1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Slives
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, chopped (optional)
Salt and Pepper

Mix together and shake if possible!

Honey and Lemon

Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Tablespoons Honey
Salt and Pepper

Mix everything together, done!

Peanut Dressing

2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
1/3 Mug Coconut Milk
1 Teaspoon Tomato Puree

Mix everything together, done!

Piquant Dressing

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Chopped Chives
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
¼ Teaspoon Wholegrain Mustard
3 Tablespoons Water
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper

Mix everything together, done!

Yogurt Dressing

4 Tablespoons Natural Yogurt
½ Teaspoon Honey
Grated Rind and Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Spring Onions, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper.

Mix everything together, done!
