I really like this cookbook , not only is it packed full of recipes but it is filled with pages of reference material about vegetarianism, cooking, and a huge directory of ingredients, including vegetables, nuts, fruits, spices, grains, pulses, seeds, herbs and much more.
It really is a LARGE cookbook in size and content at almost 400 pages.

- Light Meals
- Main Courses
- Side Dishes, Sauces and Relishes
- Cakes, Puddings and Bread
My favourite recipes so far from this book have been:-
Quick Nut Nuggets
Griddled Courgette Quiche with Pine Nuts
Filo Pie with Double Mushrooms and Goats Cheese
I would give this book a good 3 out of 5 Tomatoes as its packed full of great information and very tasty recipes, however I am a slightly more simple cook than some of the ingredients in these recipes and there was not enough puddings involving chocolate!
