Quorn "Scotch" Eggs

I love nibbles and these are freaking lovely, they never last long in our house.

A crispy coated ball of Quorn meat with a lovely free range egg mayonnaise centre just like a normal scotch egg without the meat.

I even gave one to my carnivore sister without her realising they were vegetarian and she said it was the best scotch egg she had ever eaten.

They are pretty low in fat like most Quorn products (75% less saturated fat than the meat ones!)  at 50 calories per egg. They are a great party or buffet snack. They are great if you just want a little snack, or even for lunchboxes! Not that ours are ever round long enough.

You get 12 in a pack for around £2 which is quite expensive, but in my opinion, they are worth it.

The only improvement/alternative they could make is to make BIGGER ones with a whole egg in the middle like their meat rivals.

4 out of 5 Tomatoes awarded! Make some big ones too please.
