Thistle Hotels has become the first and only UK hotel group to gain Vegetarian Society accreditation across its full vegetarian menu offering.
Over a quarter of Thistle’s menu – offered UK-wide across its 30 hotels – is suitable for vegetarians, with the dishes offering real variety and choice to diners. Specialities include Panzanella Salad, Singapore Noodles and Chick Pea, Sweet Potato & Spinach Curry.
