When I used to eat meat, all those years ago, one of my favorite
treats used to be crispy duck and pancakes from the Chinese takeaway.
After having tried a very nice but not quite right vegetarian
alternative in a restaurant in London I wanted to find out if I could replicate
my old favorite.
And then I found this.....
After shredding the "duck", pop into a hot pan with a teaspoon or two of sesame oil and gently
crispify this product to perfection!
Wrapped in wafer thin pancakes with slithers of spring onion and
cucumber, I was in heaven. Some people may prefer adding a plum or hoisin sauce on top.
At only £2.69 for a 150g box its great value.
