This is delicious, not much is better than a plate full of steaming hot pasta mixed in with Sacla's vegetarian pesto - absolutely delicious! Pesto is something I have always had to make myself due to Parmesan always being used, now I keep a stock of these in my cupboard as they are handy to add a bit of taste to anything. I love to roast large mushrooms and spread a thin layer of this on top and sprinkle with a bit of cheese. If you have a look at their website www.sacla.co.uk they have loads of recipes and ideas.
